I had a decent stay at the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells, enjoying the beautiful grounds and family-friendly activities, but the overall service and dining options left room for improvement. The pools were a highlight, perfect for keeping the kids entertained, though some areas, like the hydration station, could use better maintenance. While my expectation of service for a Hyatt was not fully met, the experience was still pleasant enough for a family vacation.
